I am 68, a retired marketing consultant, and live with my wonderful wife, Christine, in Levittown PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.
My novel is based on my experiences as an interpreter/voice intercept operator in the late '60s Berlin where we listened in on telephone conversations of the Central Committee, the governing agency of East Germany. We worked on a top secret site under the direction of the National Security Agency. One reviewer on Amazon was kind enough to say that if one had MASH and Catch 22 in their library, they should add McCurry's War. That's kinda what I was going for.
