I can only be Me
by james thomas (jt crossroads)
Children are the treasure of life, the hope that glows in the night before the sun rises.
A face with no color
the human soul
That Face, That Face
I stand in this room, the floor is made of glass, walls of mirrors. Empty thoughts surrounds me. Eyes are staring back at me that pierce my very soul.
I’m just a memory now
Consumed time, ripple mind, rusting rhymes, shallow smile; silent waiting, wanting, and wishing you would stay.
I found you
Among man I walk softly. I smile, I touch, I desire simple eyes.
I am love.
I promise to YOU
Across the morning sky, I wrote it for your eyes only, to ask you for your hand, your love, your thoughts, until the end of time.
Who’s rights? Your rights? My rights?
Blind man, insane dreams, unspoken thoughts moves beneath me, little smiles of children I found weaving in the wind above me.
My baby spoke to me
A golden dream, freedom pleads; man loses everything desire.
A golden thought dedicate to monsters that kill the little life inside.
