My debut novel, THE SECRET LIFE OF ANNA BLANC, came out in November, 2015 from Seventh Street Books. It won the Colorado Gold contest for mystery.
I grew up in California, playing on Ventura beaches, and spent my twenties running on the sand in Santa Barbara. I have a Masters degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University and a PhD in Health Services from UCLA, and adore developing complex statistical models. I was on the faculty at UCLA, where I spent 11 years conducting research to inform health policy. I love Los Angeles.
I enjoy yoga, my writer’s group, and traveling off the beaten path in places like Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband, two children, dog, and cat. I'm currently working on books two and three in the Anna Blanc Detective Series.
