I'm in my 70's, and still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. My Dad was sports editor for a daily newspaper, and I was introduced to writing when I started helping him cover sports on the weekends. That was back in the 1960's. I got busy with family and career and forgot about writing until 1998, when I was totally disabled. I started looking for things that I could still do and writing came to the forefront. After several magazine articles and writing a weekly newspaper column for a couple of years, I wrote my first book, "Ella." It is the story of horrible events in the life of young woman who I'm honored to call a friend. In 2014 I published "The Social Club," all fiction and a suspense novel filled with violence and blood.
