Maria Thermann is a bilingual freelance copywriter and author. She writes mainly for children and YA, but has recently branched out into mystery novels for adults. She loves to blog and is an avid reader. Sadly, she also enjoys eating far too much.
Maria’s children’s book series features the adventures of Willow the Vampire, who saves the world (a lot) in rural Stinkforth-upon-Avon, and she's currently working on a brand new picture book series for age range 5-7, featuring a little blue alien, the Flippety Floppet, Wilbert the Wizard and the mysterious Rabbit in some pretty fur-raising adventures .
A full length novel, Willow the Vampire & the Sacred Grove, and separate short stories are available as ebooks at Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble, iTunes and Bookrix.com and various other outlets. Willow the Vampire’s novel is also available as a paperback edition at Amazon.
Young readers can enjoy a full sample chapter of Willow's adventures at Goodreads.com or sample Maria's serial YA fiction at Jukepopserials.com. For FREE. How good is that?
Not being ageist, Maria has also made a snippet of Inspektor Beagle ermittelt available on Goodreads, where grown-up readers can sample her first German language short story collection of murder mysteries for FREE to whet their appetite. Maria’s currently working on her first full length novel for her Inspektor Beagle ermittelt series, which is about to be completed.
Maria was born in Germany but has lived in the UK for more than 30 years. She currently resides in London. As a techno-phobe she's still trying to get to grips with social media but apparently readers can Tweet at her and follow her blog via those handy little icons on her about.me/maria_thermann page. Sadly, Maria is no longer on Facebook.
