What I “like” about my regrets
Sometimes, when life bogs you down, it helps to remember something good that came out of all that bad we lived through.
Well, I'm a writer, but that's kind of a given. I write snippets of human behavior that we all know exist but don't actually care to delve into because it is so inherent (apart from other things). I tend to write my best when I go off into my zombie mode, where all I do is think and think and think on things that are otherwise unnecessary. And then I get sulky or very cheery, and then I write and write and post it on my blog, eat a little dessert and go to sleep. Animals and nature is something that I love to help and preserve. I can read anything if the writing style is good, no matter how bad the story may be. I need my sugar kick and sleep. I can be swayed in any direction if offered something sweet (mostly). I love reading what other people have to say because many times I find having strong opinions quite tiring (and restrictive). Reading other people's take on things, however, is darn fun! I can go on and on, but now I just want to get a candy bar from the kitchen and read what the other authors out there are doing.
