The Rod Stewart and Frank Sinatra Parallel
It takes a certain kind of man to feel a song the way Sinatra did and Rod Stewart nails it.
Mr. Chimera, author of the highly acclaimed novel, "Buffalo Poker", began his writing career in 1975 with a front page journalistic article of the Buffalo Courier Express. Since then his work has also been published by the Huffington Post, and the Esquire, Town and Country, and Playboy magazines. Prior to embracing the life of a full-time struggling writer, he "paid the bills" as a Silicon Valley executive at technology power houses including Computer Associates, Oracle, and BMC Software.
Besides his passion for the literary arts and exercising his business acumen, he is a weekend fisherman, a proud grandfather, a fervent Sinatra fan, and has been a guest speaker at sales kick-off events for the Honeywell Corporation, Xerox, IBM (Santa Teresa Lab), BMC Software, Computer Associates, Oracle, and a myriad of start-ups throughout the high tech industry.
