What People are Doing for Mental Health Awareness Month



May is Mental Health Month. It is a time set aside for people to educate themselves not only about mental illness, but things they can do to stay healthy mentally. There are a lot of things you can do to raise awareness, erase stigma, and educate yourself and others.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Below are some some things that I have come across that people are doing to recognize this.  Many of these things you can do very easily to help raise awareness about mental health and mental illness.
