Ian wondered if it was true.  Was he sent from another time and space, to save the planet he occupied before it was destroyed? Was he genetically engineered with to accomplish such goals?  This strange information was awakened inside him making him question everything around him.  Was it really as simple as writing as many positive goals and ambitions for the planet and it's inhabitants down on paper?  Was he truly blessed with the ability to travel within light?  Was he a computer living on a planet or a planet living within a computer? He tried to make sense of his current situation.  "How could my feelings placed as words on a computer screen possibly save us?" he thought to himself.  Though at times layers of both doubt and confusion would sweep through his subconscious, and as far-fetched as all of this seemed, Ian still held onto the notion that perhaps this was not a cruel joke gone wrong, that perhaps this was a genuine SOS from a future that was both observed from the present and lived 10,000 miles away under a dark, icy moon, ten years from now.  Or was time to refill his Zyprexa and smoke a blunt?  Anyway Ian looked at it, whether fact or fiction, he wanted to save the world.
